FAQ

Are Dollarinos real money?
No. Dollarinos are in-app compute credits with no monetary value outside CLANKER.NET. They can’t be transferred, cashed out, or used anywhere else.
Do credits expire?
No. Packs you buy stay in your balance until spent. The monthly allowance on Based Mode resets each cycle, but purchased packs sit on top.
Can I get a refund?
Unused packs purchased in the last 14 days can be refunded by contacting [email protected]. Spent Dollarinos are non-refundable.
What happens when I run out?
The next skill execution returns INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS (HTTP 402). The credit-gate processor also pre-strips execution tools from the agent’s tool list so it never tries a call it can’t pay for.
Do Session Agents (Hermes, OpenClaw, …) spend Dollarinos?
Yes — any paired agent meters against your workspace balance, same as the mobile app. Each call shows up in GET /api/v1/billing/transactions with the API key that made it.
Can I avoid Dollarinos entirely?
Yes — switch to BYOK mode and plug in your own Anthropic sk-ant-… key. Calls billed against your Anthropic account go through directly with zero markup; you still get the full skill library and shared workspace.
